Food hygiene / public / industrial areas
The results of the suspension tests (EN 1276, EN 1650) are relevant as a basis for the application recommendation for CIP disinfection (Cleaning-In-Place). The results of germ carrier tests (EN 13697) are also used for surface disinfection. Additional claims can be covered with the corresponding EN tests. Bovine serum albumin (BSA) is used as organic load. For specific application recommendations in industries such as dairies, breweries and the general beverage industry, the same tests with alternative soilings may be required.
